I am an LMSW, MSW graduate from the Diana Garland School of Social Work at Baylor.I am also LSOTP, and I have been working with Civil Commitment clients (dubbed “sexually violent predators” by the state of Texas) for the last three years. I have worked in inpatient and outpatient (IOP) setting in the past. Prior to that, I worked with immigrant and homeless populations. I have worked with a variety of cases both victim and perpetrator of sexual assaults and other sexual offenses. I have worked with a variety of crisis situation across the variety of mental health diagnosis. I am not going to be very helpful in the area of statistics if you are a student looking for that kind of information, but clinical therapy (both individual and group) from technique to rapport building, notes, confidentiality, you name it I might have an answer for you!
