How can I get good financial aid and scholarships from LSU or any SEC schools as an international student with a low GPA?

I am a senior in high school and have a 3.6 unweighted GPA.Applying as a political science major or variations of social sciences. I have many extracurricular activities like STUCO, NHS, volunteer work, Varsity volleyball and track and field, MUN , etc.
