Bryan P. O'Donnell

As the Sustainability Learning Consultant for PwC, I am responsible for driving the learning and development of professionals for the sustainability audit and consulting capabilities of our firm. My hands-on experience in risk management, assurance, and advisory services has taught me the importance of delivering high-quality professional services, addressing the root causes of problems, and using agile approaches, design-thinking, and facilitation techniques. I am passionate about building our firm's knowledge of important issues such as corporate sustainability strategy and reporting, decarbonization, climate risk management, capital projects and infrastructure, and sustainability due diligence.

Helping young people live fulfilling lives and positively impacting communities are my personal missions. I am co-founder and President of the non-profit Torch Leadership Academy, which empowers young leaders through transformative experiences that build their human skills. I am the Treasurer for the non-profit Haddon Township Equity Initiative, supporting efforts towards sustainable change through celebration, connectivity, human rights advocacy, and educational programming.
