Hi Md Ali!
There are lots of important skills to help you be a valuable part of the workforce. I think the most important one is communication. Knowing what to say and how to say it can improve relationships, help solve problems, boost customer service, increase employee confidence, reduce conflicts, and show professionalism.
Good communication skills are key for successful interactions at work. They help create a positive, productive, and efficient workplace.

Dear MD Ali,
Thank you for your question!
There are plenty of options where you can learn a lot while working.
For example if you start working as a Customer Service agent for a big company you get the chance to collaborate with a lot of different departments and learn new skills. I would also advise you to check some platforms like Udemy and Codecademy, where you may also find some free courses that can give you some new knowledge.
Wish you all the best and a lot of success in your new career endeavors!
Greetings,
Alex

You are curious student and want to earn while learning. As you know, there are many skills that you can learn within that short period but I recommend you to master the following skills quickly:
Graphic Design: learn basic design and create logos, social media graphics, or banners for small businesses or individuals. You can find clients on freelance platforms like Fiverr, Upwork using Canva or Adobe Photoshop. You can get free access, courses and design tutorial on Canva Design School, Envato Tuts+, and Adobe Education Exchange for Photoshop & Illustrator Basics.
Digital Marketing: Learn how search engines rank websites and how you can optimize content to rank higher. You can provide services like SEO audits or on-page Search Engine Organization(SEO) for websites. You can get resources from Google Digital Garage – Fundamentals of Digital Marketing for free and expand your knowledge about SEO from Moz Blog.
Google Ads(Facebook Ads): Learning how to run paid ads can earn you an income quickly through managing ads for different businesses.
Content creation: Create a blog, YouTube channel, Telegram, Facebook or TikTok account and offer services on freelance sites and monetize through ads, sponsorships, or affiliate marketing. Search Content writing Tutorials on YouTube, and CopyBlogger.
First choose which skill you want have then start Learning the basics of each skill, Practice on small projects (e.g., website optimization, running a small ad) and Start offering services after successful completion of your hands-on projects.
By mastering one skill, practicing, and offering services, you can start earning while learning. Good luck!

Hi! I can only speak about jobs in the United States. Many internships and apprentices will pay you to learn on the job. If you know a specific skill you want to learn, you can try to find an internship or apprentice that will pay you. If you do not know what you want to specifically learn or you want the flexibility to change your focus at will, pick something (anything) and get really good at it first so people will want to pay you for your expertise while you learn other things separately. Hope that helps!
Search "Intern" on a job board like Indeed.com, Flex.jobs, or LinkedIn.com
