Hello Richard,
As a 10th grader, your resume doesn’t need job experience, focus on potential and initiative. Below is what you can put.
1. Header
• Name, phone, email
2. Objective (1 line)
• “Motivated student interested in business management, eager to gain experience in leadership and entrepreneurship.”
3. Education
• Your school + expected graduation year
4. Activities & Leadership
• Clubs (business club, student council, etc.)
• Sports or teams
• Any leadership roles (even small ones)
5. Experience (even informal)
• Helping a family business
• Selling products / small hustle
• Managing social media
• Volunteering
6. Skills
• Communication
• Teamwork
• Basic computer skills (Excel, Canva, etc.)
7. Achievements (if any)
• Awards, good grades, competitions
Hope this helps, all the best!

I'd suggest you highlight your interest in business management and your education plans that will prepare you for that career choice. Presenting yourself as a serious candidate who wants to learn will go a long way to endear yourself to employers. Not all jobs are paid. Note any volunteer work you do, or chores you do at home to highlight your experience and dedication to performing a job.
