Is it possible for an individual to make a change at the corporate environment if so, what is the perfect position for that?
I am a senior at undergrad school, and I am thinking about getting a job at NTT Data when I graduate, I really don't know what to do as a career. I just know I want to change the community/ environment where I end up in.

Indeed, you can bring change to the work culture. For this, you need to discuss with your senior authorities that you have some suggestions that you would like to discuss with them.
Even I did the same in my first job. I made a list of things I observed along with the corrective actions.
Just a heads-up! Make sure the person with whom you are about to discuss should believe in change. If they think so then they will appreciate your hard work in analyzing and recommending corrective actions.
At last I would like to suggest you, whenever you plan to say something regarding a negative thing always narrate it in a positive way.
For example, I have noticed this _______________________________. In my opinion, for the best of the organization, we could do ____________________

It's been my experience that most companies are open to change and a lot of companies embrace change that positively affects a community. I'd recommend learning whether or not the company you're applying to has internal "Business Resource Groups". These are similar to "clubs" (sort of like chess clubs) where the members of the club share a particular common interest. The resource groups normally meet after hours or on weekends to participate in events/outings to raise awareness, raise funds, etc. Some examples of Business Resource Groups include BOLD, Americans with Disabilities. There are a variety of Business Resource Group categories across the business world. I joined a resource group in a company and found that it was a great way to build friendships within the company and affect positive change within the community.

The good news, is that this can be done in any position at any company!
I think you doing your best, continuing to grow and maintaining an open mind are all things that will help wherever you go. And it's usually not too late to update your next steps on your career journey, even if you start somewhere and want to do something different. You'll keep the experience and knowledge that you've gained to date, no matter what you do!
For specific types of jobs that focus on creating change, you might want to look into an Organizational HR path or a Change Manager role.
These are larger umbrellas that focus on impacting the way companies work and can be present in any type of company.

ESG stands for environment and social governance, and the job involves investing in companies based on their commitment to one or more of the ESG factors.
Getting into a career path like this could be a good way to work a corporate job whilst still contributing positively to society, the environment, and improving corporate culture.
