What is the best school for someone who wants to be an esthetician??
I'm in 9th grade and go to a STEM school, I want to stay in Louisiana or Alabama and I'm currently looking at Aveda for school.

It's generally not advisable to travel out of state solely for such programs, as they tend to be more expensive and some can even be completed in as little as 4 months.
This certificate you earn will be a stepping stone towards job interviews, but it's your hands-on experience that will truly pave the way to higher-paying positions. Consider what you envision doing with your aesthetician certificate. It's not just about makeup, hair, and nails, but more about skincare. So, ensure you're picking the right program and institution.
As an aesthetician, you'll be capable of performing facials, waxing, chemical peels, microderm planing, certain laser procedures, and so much more. Also check out Celebrity Stylist Beauty School in Monroe, Cloyd's Beauty School in Monroe, John Jay Beauty College in Jenner, Omega Institutes in Houma and a few other schools. All should be accredited and licensed and offer you the fullest education. Compare what each school's course program is and see which one you like the best.
When you've read all about or visited any of the schools in Louisiana, than explore the schools in Alabama and choose the school that offers you the most in the state in which you'll want to work.
