What to do if I am unsure if I am fit for a career path?

I am currently a sophomore, but I want to decide my career path early. I would like to be a criminal psychologist but I am unsure if I am fit for it. If I find out I'm not fit for it, im not sure what else to turn to. I don't want to take the degree and later on find out I'm not good at the job...
