Hi! I’m Sharron Barshishat, a chef, mentor, and nature-lover based in Santa Ana. With roots in Israel and a passion for vegan cooking, I believe that food, nature, and mindful connection can heal, empower, and inspire. I’m deeply committed to helping young people discover purpose and resilience through hands-on experiences: cooking skills, time outdoors, and conversations that matter.
As a mentor, I bring empathy, real-world experience, and a no-nonsense approach. I believe in honesty, in holding space for emotional truth, and in helping mentees build practical skills for life — whether that’s chopping veggies, growing a garden, or finding inner calm amidst chaos.
