What opportunities for growth or specialization do you think new nurses should consider early on?
I want to be a nurse. Specifically, a labor and delivery nurse. And I struggle right now with the motivation to study and managing my time well. I get good grades and do well in school. But I am a major procrastinator, and I do not want that to carry over to college when studying really counts, and I will someday have lives in my hands. So I don't want to just memorize information, but truly retain and remember, and learn. I would love any recommendations/answers to these questions if you are a nurse! Thank you! What study methods helped you truly understand and retain the material instead of just memorizing facts for exams Were there any specific techniques, resources, or habits that made complex concepts "click" for you in the long term?
