From the days of recruitment and PeopleSoft HRIS in retail to today's partnering with top management, clients, and the workforce, carrying out projects and implementations. I focus in on maximizing HR departments by being a partner to the business and the key players and honing in on innovation and creativity while staying updated with HR industry trends and practices.
