Would you be willing to participate in a survey about work-from-home workspaces and its impact on job satisfaction?
Hey, I'm a high school student conducting a research project on how your remote workspace impacts your job satisfaction. If you work from home could you complete this survey, it takes about 5 minutes. Thanks in advance!

Doc’s Answer
In my opinion one of the main downsides of remote work revolve around the benefits we would normally get from being around other people. As social animals, I believe humans suffer from impaired work relationships when they lack face-to-face contact, and the isolation of remote work can lead to less knowledge-sharing and decreased team cohesion. Fully remote workers may be more focused in their independent work, but miss out on opportunities for meaningful collaboration.
