"how is it possible that I get better art lesson?

I used my local librarian to help direct my research to find organizations that offered training in the specific mediums I enjoyed at a price I could afford. They even helped me research local artists. I reached out to those artists for advice/mentorship. One let me sit through a class for adults and gave me tips. It is important to try as many things as you can. Maybe sculpture is not fun in clay but you like woodworking or metal or maybe you prefer drawing, painting or mixed media. There is so much out there to try. If it is fun for you, keep practicing and in time you will improve.

Make sure you're keeping a sketchbook and practicing all the time. Don't worry about creating great finished works; treat practice like practice, and give yourself the space to learn. Every line you draw makes you better at drawing. This goes for any artistic practice.
Read up on the Elements of Art (line, shape, texture, etc.) but don't worry about them too much. You'll figure it out.
If there are artists you like, study their work. Try to walk in their shoes, and by that I mean looking carefully at the choices they made, and the techniques they used. Sometimes this means trying to copy work they've already created. You'll feel a lot of pressure to be original, but remember that you're not making your own art here--this is the work of study and exploration.
Read up on the Elements of Art (line, shape, texture, etc.) but don't worry about them too much. You'll figure it out.
If there are artists you like, study their work. Try to walk in their shoes, and by that I mean looking carefully at the choices they made, and the techniques they used. Practice makes perfect. Keeping a small notebook around with a pen for doodling in your free time is a fantastic way to get more practice in if you're super busy and the more you practice the better you can get!
Watching speedpaints from other artists, youtube art tutorials, or making drawings from life are all great ways to quickly learn new techniques and improve one's overall speed and skills while drawing as well. Good Luck!
