How did you start building your network?
I started building my network by simply being curious and genuine. I wanted to know more about people and their path to the careers they had so I just started asking questions about them, how they got there, what was next, etc. Building a network is less about asking people to do something for you and more about connecting with people on a genuine level. Once that happens, it becomes easy to reach out to someone in your network for advice or help because it is now reaching out to a friend and not a stranger.
