In layperson terms, what do you actually do at work?

For two years, I was a classroom teacher in an underserved school. My students were my life and still are. Now, instead of impacting the educational landscape from the classroom, I engage community members and stakeholders to aid in the effort to achieve educational equity in Dallas through their volunteerism and financial support.
