Passionate, Results Driven Practitioner, ready to give back to those in need.
The CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) treatment, is a well respected approach for psychologists, therapists, coaches etc. This treatment plan assist in the lives of those who are struggling with mental health, focus on life’s positives, and living an abundant life, despite difficulties. Diving into the lives of those struggling, and desire help, serves as a key source of my motivation. My intentions are always to be a conduit of change, allowing one to prosper and excel in life with healthy outcomes.

Remember, one can only change if they so desire. To assist in this, be a conduit of change, apart of their journey, as the outcome is extremely rewarding to self and others.

Alongside advocating for mental health and being a conduit of change, I started my own food business. June 2020, FoodFromtheC was launched during the heart of the Pandemic and has been up and active since. My passion for food led to the fruition of FoodFromtheC.
