What programs/internships are best for starting a career in computer science or software engineering?

I'm a 10th grader that wants to major in computer science in the future. I've gained some experience with programming before, but I'm unsure of what to do with this experience. I'd like to find programs in San Francisco where I can apply these skills and improve my readiness for college.
