As a Manager for VCG Customer Service Operations, Jordan Embley-Bethell creates, develops and executes engagement campaigns and programs aimed to energize and motivate her fellow employees. Embley-Bethell uses her expertise in culture and communications to ensure that she is creating an environment where Verizon is THE trusted brand for our customer connected worlds and THE employer of choice.

- Cross channel communication and support to ensure the creation of dynamic programs that address the entire Customer Service Organization needs.
- Creating and delivering presentations regarding campaigns and programs to all levels of the organization.

Embley-Bethell has been with Verizon for 7 years, where she started as an frontline representative and progressed to Operational roles supporting culture and communication at the center and field level prior to her current role. Before Verizon, she received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Visual Communication from the University of South Carolina.
