Ezekiel has been managing international and public affairs in non-profit, public and private sectors across three continents since 2007. He currently leads the public sector engagement programme for Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) in the Asia-Pacific and Japan (APJ) region.

Previously, Ezekiel served in the Singapore's Ministry of Transport (MOT) Family for 11 years. He led teams at the Land Transport Authority (LTA) that oversaw rail licensing, regulatory review, non-fare operations, commuter experience, and COVID-19 safe management matters, and was the MOT Family's trade policy co-ordinator and main liaison officer to Chinese and Japanese transport ministries.

He also worked in various positions at Singapore's Ministry of Finance (MOF), Permanent Mission of Singapore to the United Nations, United States House of Representatives, United Kingdom House of Commons, Centre for Defence Information (CDI), Competitive Enterprise Institute (CEI), Miller Centre of Public Affairs, and the University of Virginia Centre for Politics.

Ezekiel obtained a bachelor's degree in Foreign Affairs and Economics (International) from University of Virginia, and a master's degree in International Relations (coursework in Chinese Language) from Peking University under the Singapore-China Premier Scholarship (新中总理奖学金).
