I have worked for Dell for 27 years as a Production Manager, Program Manager, and Quality Engineer. I graduated from the University of Texas in Austin with a degree in Engineering Management. I have experienced the life of the entire PC industry, from my first PC in 1984 to the incredible devices and experiences Dell provides to it's customers today. I strive to never stop learning!
