This collective of individuals help to provide Ryan with the insight and empowerment to create the Retail Risk Scorecard. This tool was originally developed for the direct region that Ryan supported, and was later evolved into the recognized national standard helping to drive considerable cost savings in its first two years of use. As of March 2022, this tool is still in use by the organization. Prior to this role Ryan spent several years as a Field Operations Sr. Analyst. In this role Ryan worked directly in and with the field to support them with system and policy issues, inventory controls, risk management, training, and more.
