I am passionate about leveraging technology to solve problems, optimize processes, and improve user experience. With certifications in Virtual Assistance and AI Career Essentials, I bring a balance of technical proficiency, problem-solving ability, and adaptability. I am a fast learner who thrives in dynamic environments and consistently delivers results while maintaining excellent communication and collaboration with teams and clients.

Daniel’s Career Stories

When you were a student, did you do anything outside of school to build skills or get knowledge that has helped your career?

es, while I was a student, I actively sought opportunities outside the classroom to build practical skills. For example, I engaged in industrial training at First Rivers Hospital, where I gained hands-on experience with IT systems and troubleshooting. I also dedicated time to learning new tools and technologies online, including data analytics, and networking. These experiences not only strengthened my technical expertise but also improved my adaptability, problem-solving, and communication skills, which continue to help me in my career today.

What is the biggest challenge you had to overcome to get to where you are now professionally? How did you overcome it?

One of the biggest challenges I had to overcome was transitioning from being a Computer Science graduate into applying my knowledge in real work environments that required not just technical expertise, but also adaptability, customer engagement, and problem-solving under pressure. For example, in my early roles, I was tasked with supporting complex IT systems and at the same time handling customer service inquiries remotely. Balancing both technical troubleshooting and customer satisfaction was not easy at first. I overcame this challenge by continuously upskilling myself—taking certifications in Virtual Assistance and AI Career Essentials, learning on the job, and embracing feedback. I also developed the habit of breaking down problems into smaller steps, which helped me resolve technical issues faster while maintaining clear communication with clients. Over time, this made me more confident, efficient, and versatile, which is why I can now handle both IT operations and customer-facing roles successfully.
