In layperson terms, what do you actually do at work?
I am a Team Leader. I manage a team of employees that kick off the installation for elective insurance policies. I participate in meetings, project work, speak in town halls, etc. I utilize tools and training provided by my company to effectively lead my team and help my employees reach their goals.
