I'm Kate (she/they), a writer, editor, content strategist, and generalist who started out as a "content writer" in the early days of SEO. I've worked in-house, agency, freelance, and contract, with my last 10+ years devoted to the video game industry. Brands I've written for for include Electronic Arts (my current employer), Xbox, Travelocity, Airbnb, and Bumble and bumble.
I currently live in Vancouver, BC with my lovely partner and a large, soft senior cat. I've also lived in SoCal, Santa Cruz, Santiago, Concepción, San Francisco, and Portland.
When I'm not working, I like to read books, mix drinks, watch birds, visit friends, play video games, and start more side projects than I can finish.
