I'm Kate (they/she), a non-binary, queer, and AuDHD writer and communications expert. I've worked in-house, agency, freelance, and contract, with my last 10+ years devoted to the video game industry. Brands I've written for for include Electronic Arts, Xbox, Travelocity, and Airbnb.
I currently live in Vancouver, BC with my wonderful partner and a large senior cat. I'm originally from Southern California.
When I'm not working, I like to walk along the Fraser River, read lit mags, play video games, drink too many cups of tea, and spend time with good people.

How did you pick your career? Did you know all along?
I knew I wanted to write. I'd been obsessed with reading and storytelling from a young age, went to university already knowing that I wanted to study literature, and graduated determined to find a job that would let me focus on language and communication. Copywriting fit the bill.
