I am a Senior Software Engineer at IBM in z/OS Technical Support, where I resolve complex problems for Fortune 100 companies running mission-critical workload on IBM Z. My 20+ years of technical expertise spans many core components of z/OS, including z/OS UNIX, NFS, z/OSMF, and System Logger. Currently, in addition to my Technical Support role, I am a global team lead and actively involved in IBM's cognitive support transformation. I lead projects deploying AI to assist Technical Support engineers in procedural tasks, allowing them to focus more of their time in service of our clients, which is our most important role.
I hold a BS in Computer Science and an MBA from the University at Buffalo. I am a working mother of four and a SWE Life Member. I enjoy spending time with my family, cooking, and reading. If I could be anywhere, I would choose to be on a beach watching the ocean waves and playing and laughing with my amazing children.
