Esther Landin is a Workforce Development professional dedicated to bridging the pathways between traditional education and the workforce in order to reduce the middle skills gap, decrease the unemployment rate of youth and young adults, and increase access to education, training, and employment for individuals with barriers to employment and education as a means for upward economic mobility, as well as achieving social justice and equity. She is an independent Workforce Development and Education consultant, the founder of the Orange County Opportunity Youth Collaborative, and a former Advisory Committee Member of the Orange County Re-entry Partnership (OCREP).
