What should I do during the summer before my freshman year or during my freshman year of high school to have a strong foundation for college apps?

Hello! Thank you so much to anyone who answers my question(s)! Interested and open to anything. Also, one of the reasons I'm asking because my parent is because my parents are thinking of wanting me to graduate early.

Is it beneficial for me to take medical career-related courses in high school by dropping social studies classes, or should I pursue AP European History and AP US History instead?

In my school, U.S. History is a required course. Consequently, I could take this course over the summer, but it would not be AP. I am really passionate about learning about the brain, hence I would like to go into neurosurgery. For this reason, some medical classes I could take at my school are AP Psychology, Anatomy and Physiology, and Genetics. Besides this, I want to do what is best for undergrad program admissions because I will pursue any medical courses in my college either way.

Should I take a Biological Anthropology college course?

So I want to study Cardiology after I graduate from high school. And, my high school is offering a free online college course, and I am wondering if this would help me improve my application because I want to go to Harvard. Would this help boost my application if I have mid extracurriculars?
