I am a marketer that works for a technology and data company in San Francisco. I have over 7 years of marketing experience in startups and tech.
I am a first generation college graduate, the first in my family. My family is of Iu-Mien heritage, an indigenous ethnic group from the mountainous range of Northern Laos. As refugees, my family arrived in US during the late 70s due to the bombings and military terrorization of Laos. I continue to work with Iu-Mien Community Services of the Greater Sacramento Area, who provide resources and programs to support both the Mien youth and elderly populations.
I have degrees in both English Literature and Spanish Literature from UC Davis. I completed my pre-requisites at De Anza Community College and have been a student at the Academy of Art.
