My dear current graduates,
Seven years ago, after graduating from UW, I never imagined working at #VMware. I was not a traditional hire and my resume only matched 60% of the job profile. My education has equipped me with valuable skills and knowledge, but remaining open to new experiences and opportunities was vital.
My advice to you is: Be bold and try something new or take a chance on a job or project outside your comfort zone. You will surely succeed.Good luck to you all!
