I am a forever wandering Chef/Culinary Artist in the deep ocean that is culinary arts. I've been professionally in kitchens for over 17 years. 12 of those years as a Head/Executive Chef. I attended vocational school in Highschool for Culinary Arts and when I graduated I immediately attended Johnson and Wales University Charlotte, NC. I've worked in all facets, positions and establishments over my career. From being on WBTV and Good Morning Charlotte cooking live and recorded segments for TV to working for Emril Lagasse as the Wood-fire oven chef to co-founding my first company in 2013 called Express Your Health; I developed dishes for a weekly changing healthy menu that was delivered fresh to your home. I have worked in French brigade style kitchens, Wok lines, Sushi bars, Hotels, private homes, corporate, R&D and catering all including various cuisines; Spanish, Chinese, Vietnamese, Japanese, French, Creoloe, Italian, Barbecue, Asian Bistro, Fusion and Health/Dieting. I have extensive knowledge of the Culinary Arts while humbly knowing there's still so much more to learn and experience.
