With a background in Production Engineering and Talent Management, I have experience working on large and small scale projects through timelines spanning hours and years. I’ve managed the production of a $38M asset pool, managed a warehouse team responsible for 1.4K unique SKUs, and I have taken existing processes and improved on them without direction to bring annual value of $3.5M to my companies.
Driven to learn more tools and improve my leadership skills, I pursued an MBA in Competitive Strategy. I'm passionate about leadership and process improvement and use these skills regularly in AT&T's Leadership Development Program, a management rotational program for AT&T's future leaders.
