In layperson terms, what do you actually do at work?
I oversee the sales performance of our small business sector in North America I do the planning, forecasting and goal analysis for the business by week/month/quarter, online/offline as well as by product lines like notebooks, desktops, software, services, etc I work with Finance, Marketing, Sales, Services, Planning, CRM, Data Analytics teams, etc to make sure we execute to achieve the goals every week, month, quarter
