As a lifelong student of social sciences, I strive to create spaces that discuss the topics of organization and personal enrichment while maintaining the dignity and humanity of people. This goal is the primary motivation for my studies in and the practical use of the field of Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
My primary career interests are the changing trends of workplace culture. I amalgamate the experiences of a Productivity Consultant, Professional Organizer, Administrative Assistant, and Lifestyle Blogger in an interdisciplinary manner to analyze the influence of organizational applications of the Social Buffering- Theory on multiple dimensions.

In layperson terms, what do you actually do at work?
I am currently an Instructional Aide in the School district. I also have a personal development consulting business.
How did you pick your career? Did you know all along?
I took a class at university and it finalized my love of psychology. I knew I was an academic at a young age because I love to study, but Introduction to I/O Psychology was an amazing class.
What is the biggest challenge you had to overcome to get to where you are now professionally? How did you overcome it?
My disabilities. I didn't overcome them, I just learned to love myself, respect myself, and give myself grace in learning.
Did anyone ever oppose your career plans when you were young or push you in a direction you did not want to go?
Most certainly, still, to this day it happens. I, however, know what I want and am planning.
