Hired as Senior Artist to finish Area 51 game, Promoted to Art Director to helm X-Box/GCube/PS3 titles: Gladiator The Crimson Reign and Gladius. Managed a team of 18 artists and 3 leads in the development of real-time character combat games with photo-real rendered story cinematics. Created and designed a deeply visceral flashback experience using Advanced Maya, Premiere, Filmbox Mo-cap studio, and AfterEffects tools to create hyper-surreal action. Design of Characters, Story, VFX, Direction and Editing.

Innovated 3D character creation and expression techniques (full-range facial), simulating organic moving forms for Interactive (realtime) and FMV cut-scenes. Full body motion-capture design and use for multiple company divisions.
