I'm a college student who wants to understand more about one's profession.

I used to volunteer in the ER and the doctors and nurses never looked flustered. I am just wondering if this is the same for all medical staff working in the ER, or if it was unique to them. They always seemed to have control over their situation even when it was chaotic. #medicine
