How do I start making money as a 14 year old consistently to save up for a bike that I want, its 3.5k, I want to try and reach this goal before this year ends hopefully sooner.?
I’ve been super interested in owning a business and entrepreneurship in general, I make just random ideas for fun like owning a clothing brand, owning restaurants and what not. But for this i’ve been super interested in the scene of electric dirt bikes and have been wanting one for so long now. Its a lot of money but I feel like if others can, so can I. I’ve been wanting a pool business where I clean pools since I do my own pool at home, but when I went out door to door they either werent home, had a no soliciting sign, or had no pool, so I want something that can make me money but especially be consistent and have clients by the week. I’d much rather have it where I sell something that I can create but I really don’t have any good ideas with that. But I did get a few jobs, it took me 3 hours going door to door for 3 one off jobs that did get me money, but it would be 120 and then back to going door to door and I went through like 3 neighborhoods around me, I just don’t know what to do and hopefully can be guided in the right direction. Thank you!!
What are some suitable remote side hustles for teenagers/high school students?
For teenagers that desire to work from home, what side hustles would you recommend getting into as a high school student? Things that pay would be great to encourage financial planning before college, however other unpaid opportunities would be great additions to a CV and or resume.
What do I do when everyone is telling me to get a "realistic career plan"? #Fall25
Hello! I'm only a freshman in highschool but I have always known that I wanted to do something in Arts, a/v technology & communications career cluster. I just now found out what I want to do in that cluster, I want to to be in the film industry. Whether it's acting on stage in front of a live audience or acting in movies/TV shows. I joined the highschool theater this year for the first time and got a major role in the Fall production. I can tell you that I have never been so proud and happy when we perform together, on a stage, in front of lots of people. The entire cast and crew put a lot of work and time into that production and it was the best feeling in the world, every single part of it. I told my parents that I would like to continue doing that as a career and get into a good college to pursue that career. All they could tell me is that it was probably not going to happen for lots of reasons sushi as: "we don't have money to afford a good college for you", "That is an unrealistic job that has high demand", and "It's probably best that you just start looking for another REALISTIC job that will be easier for you to pursue". How do I still pursue what I love doing and get money to save up for a good film college, while my parents keep telling me not to?

What is the best way to save your money without overwhelming yourself?
I do not want to overwhelm myself with a ton of work while also trying to keep good grades with my schooling.
