I have been a registered nurse for over 25 years. I have worked in many areas of nursing such as medical/surgical, orthopedics, pediatrics, family medicine, urgent care and worker's compensation. I currently work as a clinical auditor for an insurance company in the quality improvement department. The great thing about the nursing field is there are so many options to choose from.
