When you were a student, did you do anything outside of school to build skills or get knowledge that has helped your career?
While working toward my degree in Civil Engineering, I had a part-time job as an intern with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers in their branch office that regulated wetland construction projects. It was my first experience in an office setting and learning to work within an organization - call it a bureaucracy, but not in a critical way - and building habits of documenting my work and creating tools for other people to use in similar tasks.
In layperson terms, what do you actually do at work?
I use my background in many different industries to help people understand how they can use information services like Salesforce to improve the ways they interact with customers
