I have a technical high school diploma in Business Administration and a technical certificate in Human Resources, along with nearly three years of experience providing administrative support in a public sector organization. These experiences strengthened my skills in organization, planning, problem-solving, and process coordination—abilities that sparked my interest in Industrial Engineering. After moving to the United States as part of a cultural exchange program, I continued developing my communication, adaptability, and leadership skills while taking ESL courses at community colleges in California. Now, I am preparing to transition into an F-1 student and begin my academic pathway toward an Industrial Engineering degree.
