I am a recent Penn State graduate, grew up in in Yardley,PA area. I have worked for start ups, and done internships in NYC, Philadelphia, and in Germany.

How did you pick your career? Did you know all along?
I always wanted to be in finance. It was a dream I had as a kid, and I was always good with business relationships and numbers. It was not until my very first internship as a freshman that I realized what an important skill accounting was. I learned about financial statements and relationships, and how to manage finances of a business . After this internship I realized that what I enjoyed doing and wanted to master one day was actually accounting and not just finance. The very next year I transferred my major to accounting focused my career on accounting and getting my 150 credit hours so I can become an expert in understanding & preparing financials in order to help business/ out.
