How did you pick your career? Did you know all along?
Actual, from the start I always had a broad area of interest. What I am doing now, had its starting point within my first job, and developed over the time.
In layperson terms, what do you actually do at work?
Coordination of IT project and technical support of information systems alike SAP, Service Now etc
When you were a student, did you do anything outside of school to build skills or get knowledge that has helped your career?
Well, I completed my degree when I worked full-time. :-) So what I did at work (coordination / managing people / setting priorities) helped me a lot during part-time studying. Whereas the business psychology part of the degree helped me leading / managing people.
What is the biggest challenge you had to overcome to get to where you are now professionally? How did you overcome it?
To overcome challenges: - never give up - tactical retreat, reflect, and try again - grit - not being focused on fixed solution/approach, important to remain being agile (=flexible) - seeking business coaching
