I work remotely for a company that companies achieve their digital transformation goals through technologies that deliver the “Power To Create” more innovative, sustainable, and efficient products. In my current role, I manage the process team within the Process and Certifications Office. I have had other roles in data storage and emergency services. Outside of work, I am the director for a local food pantry and serve on the board of directors for another local non-profit.

In layperson terms, what do you actually do at work?
I lead a team of 4. We document internal processes, lead transformational projects, and help identify process improvement opportunities. Everyday is different. My responsibilities include one-on-one meetings with my team and key stakeholders, leading workshops, prioritizing workloads and projects, creating dashboards, drafting slide decks. . . There is no shortage of work. One of my favorite parts of leading a team is mentoring and coaching them. I have an opportunity to watch them grow which is so rewarding.
