When did you get your first Big Break? How did you get it? How did it go?
Completing my master's degree opened many doors positons when I started to pursue a career working in higher education. Before I graduated with my masters, I already accepted a job as Resident Director at a college. I would consider this being my "big break" as it helped me start my career as a new professional in the field!
