Can I attend a trade school and community college at the same time?
I am currently finishing my first year at Sacramento City college. I plan on attending UEI (a trade school) here in Sacramento. They have a nine month program that will allow me to obtain an automotive degree. Ideally I would like to achieve my degree before I finish my two years at city college and eventually transfer to a four year. A detail that may help to better answer this question is that my workload at city college is fairly minimal (even as a full time student. I was only required to attend class two days a week for a few hours. For this reason I feel it may be do-able to attend both schools simultaneously. However, I could have no idea what I’m talking about. Does anyone feel they have a more definite answer to my question? Or maybe some insight as to why it isn’t the best decision to attend both? Thank you!
