As far as my occupational background I am an experienced logistics specialist with a diverse background encompassing appliance technician work, welding, plumbing, and minor electrician/mechanic skills. With a reputation as a jack of all trades, I have served various areas in the Dallas Metroplex, delivering exceptional customer service while following rigorous policies under numerous warranties.

Currently, I excel as a logistics specialist at Comcast Business, consistently optimizing processes and enhancing inventory management. My responsibilities include evaluating and labeling un-stocked hardware, leading physical inventories, and streamlining the movement and organization of overstock items. I prioritize daily tasks like database updates, ship notices, and follow-ups, ensuring efficient operations within the Logistics department. Additionally, I possess expertise in return hardware movement, network component configuration, and domestic and international shipping, ensuring compliance with customs regulations.

Beyond logistics, I indulge in my creative side. Music is an outlet for me, as I enjoy playing the piano and guitar, expressing myself artistically. Sketching and painting allow me to bring my ideas to life and explore my imagination. Traveling is another passion, as it broadens my horizons and exposes me to different cultures. Alongside these pursuits, I am a part-time student, constantly seeking personal and intellectual growth.

Furthermore, I am deeply committed to making a positive impact through volunteer work. Engaging with organizations such as Buckner International and Texas Baptist Ministry, I collaborate with dedicated teams to provide essential resources for those in need. Through community outreach programs, I help organize educational workshops, recreational activities, and mentoring programs, empowering young individuals to reach their full potential.

Global outreach is a significant aspect of my volunteerism, as I actively participate in international travel and outreach initiatives. These experiences have expanded my perspective and strengthened my dedication to serving others across borders.
