In layperson terms, what do you actually do at work?
At work, I’m like the captain of a ship for helping people learn and grow better. I make sure everyone has the tools they need to learn new things, whether it’s using fancy technology or joining special programs. I also help new folks settle in smoothly when they join our team. And when it comes to teaching our smart researchers some tricky skills, I’m the one who makes sure they get the training they need. It’s all about making sure everyone keeps getting better at what they do, kind of like a coach for learning and development!
