I've worked at IBM in support since 1998. At work I am an expert in print and system backup, and I'm focused on creating video documentation for customers. I love reading, gardening, motorcycling, and helping my kids succeed and be happy in their lives. I have also run political campaigns, and helped others typeset books. The most important things in life are to be kind and never stop learning, and to find simple ways to be happy and content with what you have.
