What is the hardest part about taking dentistry for a major in college?
As someone who is thinking about taking dentistry as a major. I just wanted to know what was the hardest sections of taking dentistry so I could be prepared for it.
How do I prepare myself for another 8+ years of schooling post-high school?
I want to be an orthodontist, and I know that takes many years of additional schooling. I want to make sure I stay motivated and not fall out of love with my passion.
Pre-dentistry major options?
Hi, I am a first year student who is pursuing a pre-dental track. I will have to decide on a major in a few months, and was wondering which majors will benefit or distinguish me from a pool of applicants for dentistry? Currently, I am thinking of picking microbiology and immunology as my major. I know that many students have biology or biochemistry as their major, so I do want have a different major to make me stand out. Please let me know if this would be a good option, or not. Thanks!!

Does it matter what college I go to after high school before dental school?
Hi, I'm currently in high school and I'm interested in dentistry, more specifically orthodontics. I know that I have to go to a college/university for four years to get my Bachelors before I can go to a dental school, but are there any colleges I should lean towards specifically? Also, what would it be most recommended I get a Bachelors in? Any info would be greatly appreciated!
