Brandon McNeice

Brandon McNeice is an accomplished educational leader and the founder of Tack Educational Consulting. Driven by a passion for transforming education through data-driven decisions and strategic vision. With extensive experience in K-12 educational leadership, program development, enrollment management, and teacher training, Brandon brings a wealth of expertise to his role.

Having served as the Head of School at both Yinghua International School and Basis Independent Manhattan, Brandon has successfully overseen operations, admissions, teacher hiring, curriculum development, and community relations. As an Associate Head of School at Basis Independent Fremont, he demonstrated exceptional leadership in managing faculty, staff, and academic programs for both middle and high school grades.

Brandon's commitment to education extends beyond his roles in school administration. As the Assistant Director of Global Recruiting at Middlebury Institute of International Studies, he represented graduate programs and managed a team of graduate assistants and tour guides. Additionally, he served as the Assistant Director of Admissions at Marlboro College and Assistant Registrar for Recruitment at the University of King's College.

Currently pursuing a PhD in Leadership - Student Personnel Services, Brandon is constantly expanding his knowledge in education administration, counseling theory, leadership, and student support services. His academic journey is complemented by a Master of Science in Management and Leadership from Western Governors University and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Bishop's University. Deeply committed to fostering inclusive environments, Brandon holds a certificate in Diversity and Inclusion from Cornell University.
