I am looking possibly to apply to tech related internships for summer before college, are there some aspects of internships I should consider or prepare for?

for those who are software engineers- is there work life balance? is working on a computer for most of the day draining?

I want to major in psychology and possibly economics but im not sure which one im more passionate about.

I'd like to increase my connections in IT to learn more about other people's experiences and have someone to go to in the future in case I need any advice or help.

Lately I've been coding very often and I realized it was something I really enjoyed doing. It's fun creating projects and seeing how I can make them work. I'm afraid if I make it as my job, it will become something I dread doing.

More specifically, what are some good qualities that you have noticed from team members that get a good team going? Humor, flow, just anything in general that you have noticed help bring a team together to be more enjoyable & productive, specifically in computer science.

Some people say it's good to learn calculus for computer science, but why is that so? How much math is used in a day?

I sometimes wonder if my major will be better in a college that's deemed worse compared to other colleges and so should I go with the college that is considered better, or the college that is better for my major.

I know that doing extracurricular activities in high school help with getting into a better college but once I'm in college is there any real benefits that they give me other than personal things?

I'm looking for a way to get a career in networking security but I just don't know where or how to start do I need to look for an internship for networking or something?
